Pentas Seni Johor

At Yayasan JCorp, we believe in elevating culture and empowering communities through the arts. That is why we introduced Pentas Seni Johor, a platform to celebrate, preserve, and showcase Johor rich cultural heritage.

Launched in September 2024, in collaboration with the Johor Heritage Foundation, Pentas Seni Johor brings together local artists, performers, and artisans to shine through traditional Malay, Chinese, and Indian performances, creative exhibitions, and cultural showcases.

Rooted in our mission to elevate, empower, and build an enduring legacy, Pentas Seni Johor was created with the objective of providing a dedicated platform for local talents to express the vibrancy of Johor arts and culture. At the same time, it serves as a means of generating income for local artists, artisans, and small businesses involved in the creative economy. Beyond that, the initiative also aims to attract both local visitors and tourists, offering them the opportunity to experience the diverse cultural expressions that make Johor unique.

We proudly support the Visit Johor 2026 agenda, positioning our state as a vibrant destination for arts, culture, and heritage. Since its debut, Pentas Seni Johor has brought 10 cultural showcases to life across Johor — building stronger community ties and creating opportunities for economic growth.

Our journey began at B5 Johor Street Market, where we transformed the venue into a lively cultural hub. In 2025, we expanded to places like KotaJail and Sireh Park, Iskandar Puteri, reaching wider audiences and igniting pride in our local identity.

And we are just getting started. Pentas Seni Johor is going statewide, bringing art, culture, and color to more cities and communities.
