At Yayasan JCorp, we believe that language is more than words. It is a bridge to confidence, creativity, and connection.
Together with the Johor State Education Department, we brought the Johor State Level English Language Carnival to life, creating a vibrant platform where students could express themselves and showcase their talents in front of an enthusiastic audience.
The 2024 edition, held at KOMTAR JBCC, saw 6,495 participants from across Johor stepping into the spotlight. In 2025, participation soared to 10,265 students statewide, reflecting growing excitement and passion for English language learning. This year, the state-level event took place at Perpustakaan Raja Zarith Sofiah, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor Bahru, drawing hundreds of students, teachers, and supporters together in celebration of language and creativity.
From Scrabble and Storytelling to Poetry Recitation and Mini Documentaries, the Carnival featured six dynamic competitions that encouraged students to think creatively, communicate effectively, and build confidence through expression. With proud teachers and parents cheering them on, the Carnival became a true celebration of learning, culture, and imagination.
Yayasan JCorp remains committed to nurturing young minds through impactful educational initiatives, especially those that enhance English language proficiency among students. Through programmes that combine learning and creativity, students gain more than just language skills as they develop confidence, expressiveness, and innovative thinking.
Johor’s excellence in language learning shone even brighter at the National Language Unity Programme 2025, held from 27 to 29 October 2025 at Lotus Desaru Beach Resort. Competing against 1,500 students from 752 contingents nationwide, the Johor contingent achieved outstanding success.

When young minds are given the space to express themselves, they do not just speak. They inspire change.
